As a basis, it was used a multidimensional approach to project success assessment, through project management performance analysis, which emphasizes meeting the expectations of all stakeholders. The broader approach was chosen as a more comprehensive way of solving problems in the project environment in the current crisis and changing circumstances. The research was conducted in 11 project-based organizations operating in various industrial sectors on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. A total of 253 employees were surveyed (project managers, production workers, and workers indirectly related to production). Statistical analysis of collected data was performed using the SPSS 18.0 software package.
