The transport properties of single crystals were investigated. Transport properties have shown that with current increasing, mobility and Hall coefficient increase. Positive values of the Hall coefficient confirm that the material is of the p type with a high concentration of charge carriers,nb= 10 18 cm-3.enBridgman techniqueHall and Van der Pauw methoddopingPart I: What makes a good thermoelectricconferenceObject
