dc.description.abstractRetail is facing increasingly pronounced competition on the one hand and increasingly demanding consumers on the other. Because of this, retailers strive to improve the quality of their services and thus meet and exceed consumer expectations and form a competitive advantage. Thoughtful and wise business is necessary, which first of all implies a reduced and rational consumption of resources and the creation of a more ecologically valuable business environment. Services as an integral part of the offer have a significant impact on ensuring customer satisfaction in retail. There is a high degree of interdependence between retail and service quality, because providing highquality service can help retailers differentiate themselves from others, with a high dynamic of achieving long-term success and competitive competitiveness, which largely has a significant dynamic of retail competitiveness. All types of organizations, including retail companies, are increasingly trying to achieve and demonstrate their performance in environmental protection by controlling the impact of their activities, products and services on the environment, in line with their policies and environmental protection goals. They act in this way in connection with increasingly strict legislation, the development of economic and other measures, which require environmental protection and the increasingly expressed concern of interested parties for the issue of environmental protection, sustainable development and green economy.
